What is Premium?

Mr. Translate Premium is the subscription that will allow you to use the bot at full performance.

Can I switch server my subscription?

Yes. It's perfectly possible to do this in just a few seconds.Here's a link to our documentation to help you. However, it is not possible to transfer a subscription to another Discord account.

Can I get an invoice for my payment?

Yes. You'll find all your invoices on the customer portail when you need them. They should be valid for all purposes, including company accounting.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. We use Stripe as our payment processor. It is highly secure and trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. We do not have access to your private billing information.

What's the money for?

Mr. Translate is a company, and Premium keeps it alive. This helps to cover development costs, hosting fees and taxes, so that users can be assured of the highest quality.

Can I stop my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription in just a few clicks from your customer portail. Your subscription will continue to work until the end of the billing period, but you will no longer be billed.

Which payment methods are available?

We accept most payment methods: credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Bancontact, iDEAL, Sofort, SEPA Direct Debit.

Can I pay in another currency?

Our payment processor accepts virtually all currencies, although we cannot guarantee that all currencies are supported depending on the payment method you use; it is highly likely that your currency will be accepted.
